Recognizing the need for some families to have extended care for their infant through preschool age children, we offer expanded program options to meet the needs of our growing community.
Preschool hours: 9:00 am - 1:30 pm
Extended hours: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Jacqueline Gwin
My name is Jacqueline Gwin, and I am honored to be the School Director of BCUMCS. Although I am relatively new to the school, I have been in the education field for 19 years. In 2008, I graduated from SHSU with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Development. Since then, I have worked as a Preschool teacher, Assistant Director, Director, Trainer/Mentor, and as a Master Teacher in Classical English and Latin for 7th & 8th graders. I am married with four children, and I do not have a hobby...but I will one day when things are not so busy! I believe that each child learns best when they are loved and understood. Children develop at different speeds in different ways and by using different teaching methods. I look forward to moving on to the next 37 years of BCUMCS, and I am thankful for all of the support of our parents, church, staff, and community!
